This is a genuine USMC ILBE (Improved Load Bearing Equipment) Backpack (Main Pack).The pack itself is a generation 1 pack in used, very good condition, complete with all working parts. The hip belt is a NEW generation 2 belt, Size = Men's Large (Contact us about other belt sizes). The lid is a generation I lid in used, very good condition.
The pack is an internal frame backpack, large 4500 cubic inch main pouch, and can carry up to 120 LBS! The pack is made from 725 denier Cordura fabric with MARPAT woodland digital camo printed on it. The pack is covered in MOLLE webbing straps for adding MOLLE/PALS attachments. The lid has 5 MOLLE straps for adding attachments and the small gen I zipper. The pack contains an external pouch for a 100 fl oz (3 liter) hydration bladder (bladder not included), which can be folded up to access more MOLLE webbing. Each side of the pack has an elastic water bottle holder and a slot for holding poles, etc. (originally for mortar tubes). The pack includes many buckles and straps for carrying gear externally. The pack also include includes compression straps for reducing its size.
